Mobile App
When a customer has your app installed, they will feel a sense of loyalty that they can’t get from favoriting you on DoorDash. It’s easier for them to order from you than somewhere else.
Phone Order Support
Missing just a few orders a month can cost a restaurant hundreds or even thousands of dollars, but you only have two hands, and sometimes the line is busy. We’ll help you set up a phone tree (eg: press 2 to place an order) so you can send overflow and after hours orders to us, ensuring accurate order capture.
Live Dispatch and Delivery Support
Our team ensures your order is placed with the best driver available, factoring in delivery time, cost, and more. We then follow the order all the way through delivery. We can step in if there’s a problem, and ensure you’re not on the hook for problems that aren’t your fault.
Loyalty/Rewards Program
An integrated reward program that rewards customers for online orders. The rewards program only supports online orders taken through your website, so it’s designed to encourage customers to order directly from you rather than the delivery apps.
Flexible Order Management
Keep managing your orders the way you do now. We can integrate with your existing POS System, connect to a tablet and printer you already own, provide you with a new tablet and printer at a low-cost, or even send the orders by email/fax if you prefer.
Coupon and Promo Codes
Restaurants can choose to offer discount codes and gift certificates to customers, which can be used for online orders. These features help drive sales and promote special offers.

Order and Dispatch
$3/order
This covers our core offerings including order management, optional phone order support, order tracking and followup, delivery management and tracking, and issue resolution.
Platform Fee
$2/order
This fee is charged directly to the customer under tax and fees. It supports the platform infrastructure and can be unchecked by the customer if they choose.
Tips
100% Go to Restaurant
For all pickup orders, 100% of the tip goes directly to the restaurant. For delivery orders, we recommend splitting the tip with the delivery drivers, but it’s the restaurant’s decision.
Credit Card Processing
2.89% + $0.29/transaction
This is the standard credit card processing fee that is charged by the credit card processors and is deducted at the time of the transaction.
Delivery
$5.99 (Within 3 miles)
For all deliveries up to 3 miles we offer a low standardized rate of $5.99/delivery*. Restaurants can choose how much they want to pass along to the customer, minimum order sizes, etc.

Website
Included
We include a simple website with all accounts. Your site will have pages such as Home, About, Contact, and your Ordering System. If you already have a website that you want to keep, that’s not a problem. We can build our ordering system into your existing website.
Mobile App
$2,950 or Free!
When you reach 750 orders in a month, we will build you a mobile app for free! We’ll even get your app published in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for you. That’s a $2,950 value completely free!
